An Evening of Seasonal Flavors

Join us for Taste the Garden, an intimate seven-course dining experience celebrating fresh, seasonal ingredients and the creativity of our kitchen. From garden-inspired starters to thoughtfully prepared entrées and a sweet finale, each course highlights the flavors of the season.

Seating is limited, and advance registration and payment are required to reserve your place at the table.

Seven Course Tasting Experience

1. Heirloom Tomato & Moringa Pesto Bruschetta
2. Garden Gems Salad

Tender hydroponic greens and fresh farm vegetables with an herb balsamic dressing.
3. Fried Squash Blossom

Ricotta, corn and fresh herbs; bacon, corn and red pepper sauté; creamed corn purée.
4. Potato-Crusted Local Catch

Garlic and chive mash, garden vegetables and Champagne Dijon sauce.

Fresh pasta, wine and herb creamed corn sauce, shaved Parmesan and local vegetables.
6. Seared Wagyu

Garlic herb butter, roasted garlic and chive mash, garden vegetables and three-day demi-glace.
